We welcome you to the Carriage House at The Waters. The Carriage House has a private entrance and is part of a grand Southern Style home on Lake Cameron. Comfortably sleep four in a private and luxurious setting. PLEASE REVIEW the cancellation policy before booking. Please note that the guest amenities card limits the use of the amenities to NO MORE than 4 people. The space Fully equipped kitchen, a loft, a cozy bunk room, central heat and air, washer/dryer, three flat-screen TV's, wood floors ship-lap siding, and ceiling fans, making it a wonderful place to spend a weekend, week, or month. The first level includes the living room with a flat-screen TV, dining room, bunk room with 2 twin beds with a flat-screen TV, bathroom, and Kitchen. The vaulted ceiling in the living room looks up to the cozy sleeping loft furnished with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV. You will find a full-size washer/dryer on the second floor behind a hand-crafted sliding barn door. While you are here, enjoy kayaking on Lake Cameron, swimming, tennis, basketball, run around the lake, or a stroll through a Southern Style and picturesque neighborhood. Visit our neighborhood restaurant & market. The Carriage house is built to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Guest access Private Entrance into the Carriage House with electronic lock for easy access. We are close by if you need anything. Other things to note There are two large Community Pools with Pavilions and one is visible from The Carriage House and is a 2-minute walk from the Carriage House. Daniel is a rockstar host -- that's what I must say first. The property that the carriage house is located within is FABULOUS, a beautiful property with lakes all around. My grandson and I experienced prompt attention to an air conditioning issue which was handled with the utmost care and expedient resolution. AC is a must in the south in July -- it's a must. Daniel took excellent care of us and I will absolutely book the Pike Road property again.
Our Family of four, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Waters! The Carriage House was comfy, cozy & well equipped w/all the comforts of home. We took advantage of the kayaks and the wonderful pools. Thank you
Clean, quaint property. Luxurious feel to the room. All furnishings and amenities were great. In my opinion this room is suitable for two adults and two young children. The two bunk beds are short and not suitable for adults or teens over the age of 15. Also the master bed is a loft that requires going up a third set of stairs. The entrance to the property requires going up two flights of stairs, so I would not recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues. Property had a washer, dryer, fridge, etc. Perfect getaway for a couple or family with younger kids.
My adult grandchildren have stayed twice at the carriage house and love it.
Great spot for an event or get away. We enjoyed the space and the neighborhood is amazing! Highly recommended
Daniel was incredibly helpful, kind, and a wonderful host. The Waters is a wonderful place for families to enjoy time together in a beautiful setting.
Relaxing and peaceful with amenities galore. Swimming, birding, jogging, canoeing--it's all out the front door. Our kiddos loved the bunk room; we appreciated Daniel's Southern hospitality.
One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever! Perfectly decorated and had so many small touches that made it feel like home.
